For venues
Guest Wi‑Fi for the people who need it, where they need it.
Instead of leaving guest access broadly available, Tagnect organizes it around tables, counters or guest groups. Visitors request access by tapping an NFC tag, and your team manages the policies in the Tagnect console.
Get more from the network you already pay for. By making guest access intentional and applying session, time and device rules, Tagnect helps reduce connections from people who no longer need access. Fewer unnecessary connections can ease congestion and help you get more from your current internet service before considering a bandwidth or hardware upgrade.
Use tags where guests need Wi‑Fi
One tag, one place, one rule
Counter & small retail
Place a tag near the register or waiting area. Customers request access while the rules stay under your control.
Restaurants & cafés
Put tags on tables, menus or the counter. Group them by area or service and set session rules.
Restaurants →Hotels & hospitality
Include a tag with key‑card materials or place it in guest areas. Your team manages the network policies.
Hotels →One console for venue access
Tagnect Manager & web console
The master manager organizes tag groups, NTags, policies and staff permissions. Secondary managers receive scoped responsibilities without full account control.

Great tech shouldn't be a big‑chain privilege
Already have UniFi, Omada, Meraki or MikroTik?
Software only, no hardware swap. Tagnect drives your managed controller through its API — or, on MikroTik, runs inside the router itself — with rotating per‑group credentials, device validation and the traffic controls your equipment offers. Confirm model and firmware with us before you buy.
No professional network?
Use a compatible OpenWrt router running the Tagnect controller and plug it into your current modem. Ready‑to‑use appliances are being negotiated with manufacturers; today, OpenWrt‑compatible routers — or routers that can be reflashed with OpenWrt — are eligible.
